A discount for retired over 60's and longer stays may be available
from 1st October to 30th April. Please ask for details and

In June, July and August, and bank holiday weekends, bookings which
include a Saturday night must be for a minimum of two nights, except where
we have late availability.
This tariff may be revised without notice. The cost of your stay will be
confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
You will be asked for a non-returnable deposit of £25.00 per room at the
time of booking to secure your room(s). If you cancel your reservation we
will try and re-sell the accommodation and if we are successful on the same
or very similar terms as your original booking we will make no further
charge. Should we be unsuccessful the following charges will apply:
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, 50% of the whole charge becomes
payable. Cancellation less than 48 hours of arrival, the whole charge
becomes payable.
